Working with a wide array of small business owners in her previous field (telecom), Erica learned the ins & outs of how small businesses were built. She envisioned owning a small business herself, in a field that she has always had interest in. Even as a small child, Erica was obsessed with skincare, claiming that she and her best friend religiously wore a lotion containing (vitamin e and spf) everyday since they were 9 years old.

Between hydrating, protecting and loving “extractions,” the idea of owning a skin care clinic was formed. It wasn’t long before moving to Austin, that Erica timely finished her courses at Avenue Five Institute, earning her Licensed Esthetic Cosmetology degree.

Combining her B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago, Erica established ēthree esthetics in 2012, with the goal of providing personalized services and building long term relationships. Her passion in the industry is to be hands on with clientele and educating the importance of a thorough skincare regimen.

Individual eyelash extensions are applied directly to your top eyelashes for a natural look and feel. Semi-permanent; they will stay on until you shed your own lashes each 6-8 weeks.

Applied with a surgical quality adhesive that is non-toxic and non-damaging to your skin or natural lashes.

Maintenance fills are needed every 2-6 weeks to keep them looking fresh & healthy.

All lash extension sessions include clean up: removing any loose/ wonky lashes + cleaning lashes for a fresh application.

Complimentary wand brush to maintain freshness included at each lash session. Aftercare required. Finishing products applied at time of each service.

Must have 1/4 lash extensions left on to be considered a fill. Please consult with your lash tech at each appointment to determine which set is appropriate for the look you’d like.

Our studio does not count lashes. Every set/fill is customized to your individual eyelash amount & desired look.

Dark brown, deep black or blue black; semi permanent color that lasts for the life of your lashes (6-8 weeks). Top & bottom included (top only, on request). Light scalp massage while you process.

BRIDAL lashes

Not required but strongly advised, to make an initial appointment a month out for first SET application. This will give you an idea of what look you’d like for your special day & to also know if you have a reaction to the glue. Will book out for lash fill closer to event date.

*A release waiver MUST be signed acknowledging any potential reactions if choosing to do initial lashes within the week of the wedding date.*

Due to the ample amount of time that is carved out for your personalized session & products used, refunds on lash extension applications are not permitted.  If you are experiencing a reaction to the lash application, please notify the studio immediately via text and your lashes will be removed complimentary during a scheduled session.

Booking: Please note that the studio calendar schedules out 2-3 weeks in advance.  If you are not seeing an open date, you may request to be put on the cancellation list for the upcoming week. Please send appointment requests via text to 512.715.GLOW.

Attendance Policy: Due to the ample amount of time carved out for your personalized session, the full amount of service will be charged to “no call no show” appointments – or – 50% of service if cancelled within 48 hours. The amount billed will not apply towards a credit for future appointments.

Returns, Refunds & Refusals: All services & products rendered are final and non-refundable. Please make sure that when purchasing skin care products, you are properly informed on ingredients + “feels” that work best for your skin type.
